We're looking for a versatile Generalist to lead Special Ops initiatives and work closely with the CEO. In this role, you'll spearhead strategic projects, incubate new programs, and connect dots across our small but mighty team and growing partner network.
On any given day, you might launch new blood center partnerships and take them from 0 to 1, manage cross‑functional projects between engineering and operations, join (and sometimes lead) meetings with blood center executives and investors, expand growth initiatives, and much more.
This is a senior, high‑ownership role and a career‑defining opportunity for the right person. You'll be employee #4 (full‑time) and help shape how we operate.
